Cornell Jones, Instructor
Cornell Jones is a passionate disciple-maker and instructor at Kairos School of Leadership, committed to forming biblically grounded leaders who live from intimacy with God and a secure identity in Christ. His call to ministry emerged not through a dramatic moment, but through the slow, faithful unfolding of discipleship, community, and obedience—learning to walk with God and live from His finished work.
With over a decade of ministry experience—including roles as a staff pastor, missions director, and youth pastor—Cornell brings a heart for spiritual parenting. He is especially passionate about helping leaders move from striving into abiding, from performing for God to walking with Him in grace and truth.
His approach to teaching is relational, Spirit-led, and rooted in scripture. He focuses on transformation, not just information, and centers his leadership around key biblical themes such as identity, sonship, covenant, and spiritual formation. Foundational scriptures like John 17:3 (“This is eternal life: that they may know You”), 1 John 4:19 (“We love because He first loved us”), and Micah 6:8 (“Do justice, love mercy, and walk humbly with your God”) shape both his message and his model of leadership.
Cornell believes every follower of Jesus must grasp the truth that God has always desired relationship—not religion. When believers learn to live from the love of God, not for it, they become rooted, secure, and fruitful.
Dawn Diamond, Instructor
With a deep love for Scripture and a passion for the nature of God revealed through the Old Testament, Dawn Diamond brings years of diverse ministry experience to her role at Kairos School of Leadership. She first sensed the call to teach as a teenager, captivated by God’s relationship with His people and the way He reveals Himself through wilderness seasons.
Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Theology, Dawn has served extensively in children’s and youth ministry, worship leadership, addiction recovery, counseling, and discipleship. Her teaching centers on equipping leaders with balance-combining passion, godly wisdom, and spiritual discipline. She emphasizes the joy of surrender, the responsibilities of the priesthood, and the need for humility in leadership.
Drawing from 1 Peter 2:9 and the Book of James, her heart is to help students live out Kingdom principles with wisdom, integrity, and love. She challenges them to reflect Christ not only in knowledge but also in character-believing that what we say, how we live, and how we love truly matters.
Dawn believes KSOL is vital in this cultural moment, offering a space to instill Kingdom core values, cultivate accountability, and foster a shared pursuit of godly leadership grounded in truth.

Eddie Taylor, Instructor
Eddie Taylor is a seasoned pastor, teacher, and leadership coach with a lifelong commitment to raising up disciples who live by both the Spirit of God and the Word of God. Called to ministry at just 11 years old during a church camp in Roberta, Georgia, Eddie has spent over 30 years helping leaders build their lives on the unshakable foundation of Scripture (Matthew 7:24).
Eddie is passionate about equipping leaders to walk in servant-hearted, Spirit-led leadership, rooted in biblical wisdom and marked by faithfulness. He believes deeply in the transformative power of Scripture, with a particular focus on the books of Proverbs, James, and Acts, as well as the enduring call of 2 Timothy 2:2—to invest in faithful people who will, in turn, teach others.
His teaching style is grounded, practical, and text-centered, aiming to develop not just knowledge, but lasting life change. Eddie helps students cultivate spiritual disciplines, live from the inheritance of the Holy Spirit, and see Jesus in every page of the Bible. Eddie believes Kairos School of Leadership plays a vital role in this generation—offering a rare combination of accessible, affordable theological training rooted in local church discipleship. His heart is to see servant leaders emerge who lead not for position, but for the good of others and the glory of the Kingdom (Matthew 20:25–26).
In addition to his ministry work, Eddie serves as a Leadership Coach with Chick-fil-A and holds degrees and training from Valdosta State College, Berean University, Beacon University, and the National Institute of Christian Leadership under Dr. Mark Rutland.
Dr. Laurel Roth, Instructor
Dr. Laurel Roth is passionate about forming spiritually mature leaders whose character reflects the heart of Christ. Her calling to ministry began with a simple conviction-to do whatever God desires-which continues to shape her life and teaching.
At Kairos School of Leadership, she emphasizes spiritual growth, servant leadership, and sound doctrine. Rooted in 2 Peter 1:1-12, her teaching style is relational and reflective, helping students identify where they are in their journey and discover their God-given purpose.
Dr. Roth desires for every student to leave her courses with a deeper love for Jesus and a clear sense of calling. In a generation saturated with competing voices and cultural instability, she believes the Church must offer leaders a firm foundation in sound doctrine and biblical truth. Her desire is to help students develop personal convictions anchored in the Lordship of Christ-equipping them to lead with clarity, hope, and purpose.
